If people are confused as to how and why this fight happens, I assume it's because karmatic time trio saw that former time trio had two former murderers and they immediately thought that they somehow convinced or forced the "normal" looking sans to go along with them, but it couldnt even be farther from the truth, in reality its last breath sans who is able to have gaster give insanity his sanity back and hepl get rid of dusts madness aswell, sure insanity has a few screws loose still but he isnt fully insane at all same with dust he still has the killer intent but he now isn't mad with power hes controlled hes calmer he's more lean more collected, alomg with last breath sans in former time trio clearly being stromger than regular last breath sans and clearly having more knowledge about resets and so on, maybe gaster told sans about alternative timelines and alternative universes aswell which couod be why last breath went to search for members for his team to help take out the human. So all in all, dust and insanity are actually good guys now but are former murderers and karmatic time trio thaught they were ruthless killers even thougj yeah sure they USED to be but now they arent they are good now thanks to last breath sans and his gaster.

Hardmode had his skull punched in. Brutal. Unfortunately FTT will most definitely be buffed to fight KTT and might get a 4th Member for phase 3.

I personal always think: when Dust Sans or Insanity Sans kill one member within Karmatic time trio, they get buff from xp. I never really see Karmatic Time Trio level up from killing thing (know then again cause Murder time trio vs Karmatic time trio, KTT never got chance kill someone whime MTT do like hard mode Sans.) This same repeat will occur within Former Time Trio. If anything better since Last Breath likely won’t go phase 2 yet due to Insanity and Dust Sans has much more energy likely to spent out forward and give addition block attack that target Last Breath (FTT). But meh, just my theory. Likely will go same way like how any Trio vs Trio go. They somehow go their next phase at same time.

Suprisingly, this is in FTTs favor. Redrum confirmed that LB, Dust, and Insanity are composites of every LB, Dust (minus Dust+), and Insanity

Tireless Crashout vs Limitless Tryharder Sure HM is doomed, he wont tire insanity out anytime soon but he can atleast hurt him its more than clear that HM started the fight due to insanity holding paps head, it would be the only explanation on why he would go for Insanity instead of Dust Now, i do think KTT has the highest chances of winning, why? Ainavol has been showned to be relative to insanity in many forms of media so thats that, ofc both lbs will tie, and KAB Phase 2 vs Dust might go on UKB´s favor since he outhaxes Dust by alot Phase 3 will have betrayer so KTT will have numerical advantage (now, Betrayer is not that strong, at best being at LB P2 level, but if UKB is already aware of this, he might summon CTT!Betrayer instead) and also they will have the hax advantage since UKB phase 3 might be able to delete dust or Insanity or atleast serverly weaken them ofc, i dont see FTT being able to defeat Kyuuseishu unless maybe Dust and Insanity pull a Devastating Judgement
