As the other person said, this face did indeed appear in the game SCP-087-B. Considering the rough quality of his earlier artwork for SCP-087-B and SCP:CB, it is very possible he made this image. I reckon it wouldnt be very hard to email him.

I believe the image is used in a game called SCP 087B and I'm pretty sure its by the same guy who made SCP containment breach, so he may know a little more about it if someone can get in touch with him. The smile also isn't canon to the SCP wiki I don't think.

I’ve been searching for the source of this image as well and i don’t think it was taken from a creepypasta. Based on the alignment of the teeth i think it was likely taken from an x-ray view of someone’s jaws in a dentists office.
