It is a pity that nothing was said about the battle for Acrithia. The main reason why the wardens could not advance was the fleet of the AIR & CAF regiments, which nullified all attempts to storm the region both on land and on water. In this bay, 4 frigates and 3 submarines of the wardens were lost, which, given the generally poor level of the colonial fleet, can be considered an achievement.
The final hours of jade cove was some of the most intense combat I’ve seen in foxhole.
This channel has top tier editing. Congrats for the great video. I'm back as a Warden Loyalist to fight war 123, I've out of the game since war 118.
I really enjoyed battle for Alchimo as Warden combat medic. At one point in the battle our only base on the island was under colonial artillery bombardement making it hard to leave our spawn. Then we entirelly ran out of shirts and were down to 4 Wardens standing - I (still as a medic) manned a tripod mg, 1 guy held my right flank and 2 guys held road to my left in a armored car. Miraculously precisely at that time artillery stopped firing and we held for few minutes until supplies arrived and a new wave of Wardens spawned. We were incredibly close to getting overrun and driven from the island at that point but in the end we took Alchimo.
Warden gunboat did this
Nice color sweep animations for the change of territory. Real smooth. The small hexmap with red dot for the larger map conversations is another real nice and appreciated addition for us viewers who do not play, are just new, or have not learned all the location names yet (because there are like 1500 of them!)
Colonial from UCF here, despite losing, this was a great war. Holding Thunderfoot with everything we had was so much fun. GGs especially to 82DK for those creative assaults! There are some moments I want to mention from the Battle for Thunderfoot. I think it was a Battleship with a Longhook, they came through the north in Umbral and launched a invasion on Thunderfoot itself while pushing with tanks from the north. And the last battle was amazing, after the Warden Storm Canons took out our own Storm Canons, I saw a tank line south of Thunderfoot consisting of 25 tanks, if not more. I can't remember how many we destroyed that day, but I believe I saw at least 20 tanks fall, but they were quickly replaced by new ones, and Thunderfoot fell. GG!
NEP coalition did a great job in Umbral last war. It was awesome battle there for all of war. 10/10
The Final Battle for Sitaria was the most hellish this game gets. Most of the final day of fighting was over a completely artillery cratered 100 meter strip no man’s land in the rain and mud. Both sides where stacked with vets so any and every mistake was brutally punished. Frankly it was far too sweaty for me so I deployed to greener pastures.
NEP DON’T QUIT, THUNDERFOOT STANDS
I was there when we finally broke the siege at Bone Haft. I launched a small operation called Operation: Smolder, involving as many rockets as I could fire at them. While it did not go as planned, the aftermath was a success. Once we crossed over, we made a big push and I pinged the map, telling everyone to 'CROSS NOW!" I was also there during the final days of Thunderfoot at that exact bridge. I took an old Mk IV Devitt I had taken out of public storage and drove it from CLANSHEAD. All the way down there. Little guy survived for four hours on the battlefield. We were so impressed the crew called it "Lil Deville".
You cold make an entire video covering the battle to take the spine. What a god damn bloodbath.
Colonials definitely need to re engage with naval. Naval is a war winner, and the times of calling it LARP are over.
Small inaccuracy on 15:50: the 1st 'Far East Company' is a formation within the NOD regi, but thanks for the detailed coverage of all the fateful moments of this war.
First war where the Æsir coalition committed to Naval operations. Taking Tempest on D1 and taking the Fingers afterwards, turning Old Captain into Æsirs main base and having part of our ground combat committed in pushing Terminus. Then setting our sights on Stema Landing with the taking of Vergio and Ustio, Æsir launched raid operations on Alchimio island before committing a Naval landing, Spearhead and the other islands soon followed after. Then we turned our attention on Westgate and Origin with partisan and raid operations to weaken the coastal defences switched by smaller scale Naval invasions. Proud of my boys and girls of the 102VK for being a constant pain in the ass of the Colonial builders. I also like to apologize to the same builders, specifically the builders at Gallows, Holdfast and Wyatwick. As well the builders of Stema Landing and Satyr Stone. Working with more experienced naval clans such as WN, SCUM, Telephone, 1CIMR, Æsir was able to combine Naval Warfare with classic partisan and land operations and fielding our own Naval assets through the use of Gunboats, Frigates and a Battleship. Special thanks to Farskies and his boys and girls of Umbra in helping take Longstone that opened the Western front.
Like the small hexmap on the screen. Helped place the locations as someone who hasn't played. Great update and looks like it was a good war 👍
In my heart thunderfoot still stands. The UCF never gives up.
I like this summery very much, thanks for the video!
404th was holding deadlands like a beast, good war but low pop on colonials side
