Hi, when I started working on my parents’ green card process did not know anything about the forms. I literally watched your videos for 3 weeks, I made notes and everything. Please make sure you are following the immigration laws and regulations relating to your petitions and applications. This is the WRONG Administration to try to commit fraudulent marriages because DT is not playing! USCIS has instructions for each form regarding what is needed based on the relationship of the Petitioner and Beneficiary. What if you’re doing consular processing? We don’t have any financial proof because we don’t live together given he lives overseas and I in the states. All we had for additional proof was affidavit from family, photos of the wedding and after, boarding passes pics of trips and with more pictures. will this hurt our case? Or are they not expecting this much evidence for consular processing?

The points that apply to us are the age difference, I am the oldest (applicant) much older than my husband (beneficiary) and the officer who interviewed my husband denied him the visa, saying that he does not believe that he is acting in good faith, now I am waiting for the official denial letter so I can appeal.

For bank account issue , if u have 90 days to marry n after that filling for green card , then how could u have time to utilise the credit card etc , if the bank account only can be joined after u married ?

I have just watched your video and I am a little bit worried about something that you said, and it is related with the tax filling. My husband has three taxes that has been filled as a single and he’s married with me so what kind of things we can do to correct this big mistake and as you mentioned, the tax preparer was the person who recommend this to him. I don’t live in the U.S

I already submitted and marked up some documents by highlighting or annotating them to give clarity - such as explaining receipts for things, charges on CC statements, etc. how bad is this :(?
