Every day, these people convince me more an more to go live in the woods.

@maxmin5272

Google’s original motto, ā€œDon’t be evil,ā€ held strong until it surpassed Yahoo in the search engine race. Today, a more fitting motto might be: ā€œReality is what we let you see.ā€ It’s not just algorithms but also human decisions behind those algorithms that now shape the flow of knowledge—both in search results and AI responses. What surfaces is increasingly curated, with human-controlled algorithms setting the boundaries of accessible information, subtly steering public perception and defining our reality.

@b-rare

Bro you’re killing it with these podcasts this is amazing thank you so much !

@twigletthecat

I don’t want AI being creative for me, I want it doing my housework.

@athinaeve4666

Critical thinking and asking "is this true" rather than just blindly believing would have led to a different outcome than the one we've experienced over the last almost 5 years

@sarawilde7493

Thank you so much for intervening Eric. I feel this is an important topic. And congratulations on reaching 8 million subscribers! šŸ˜ŠšŸŽ‰

@clarkhurst5625

The opening sequence starts by saying this, "Someone was leaking information on Google and this stuff is incredibly secret. So what are the secrets? Well the first is...". Where is this in the interview? It only shows up once in the transcript and it's only in the opening sequence. You got me. It's shit like this that makes me dislike videos. "Oh well he asked me to remove it for legal reasons." THEN TAKE IT OUT COMPLETELY!!!!

@esztieli

There’s something deeply disturbing about the peole who are talking about abundance and progression and development in the digital realm while I haven’t seen 1 guy here on this podcast who ā€˜s working enthusiastically on solving climate change related issues, moving toward a sustainable agriculture model, healing an ecosystem not only people. Everybody is so freaking obsessed with AI while nobody gives a shit providing quality food and drinkable water to the human population. This guy I would never trust, when he talks about the ā€œsurvival of human raceā€ is just dust and ash… saying nothing for minutes, a little bit of blahblah about depression because it’s trending now and he has zero real solution. Not the AI needs to be unplugged but the humans need to be more independent from technology. What a twisted world we live in..

@Oscarmkado

Wow, what an episode! we should have more of Tech CEO on the show. we need Tim cook to answer a few questions about this show. Great conversation indeed! Happy holidays everyone.

@daveuk1324

Get Geoffrey Hinton on the show. He was chief scientist at Google, just won the Nobel Prize for physics, and is widely considered as the "Godfather of AI" by inventing deep learning neural networks.

@BrentWigginsWords

Google's motto "Don't be evil" is painfully ironic.

@FernandoDiazJr

Great conversation. I wish Schmidt would be more 'real' with the public but the fact he is having talks and being out there is something to be thankful for.

@kurtissmith98

17:02 " first it was the wrong thing to do but MORE IMPORTANTLY its not sustainable" man literally just admitted they prioritize retaining revenue over humanity

@RoosterMornings

When money is the motive corruption is inevitable

@cindycruz8000

I can't believe I'm 6 months late o this conversation. Loving these episodes with tech leaders.

@NukesandNHI

ā€œIt’s scary, but exciting!ā€ This guy is unwittingly diabolical. That’s the scary part, for us regular folk.

@nikkimartin2390

Please consider interviewing Julian Assange, Niall Ferguson, and Chris Hedges. Million thanks!

@sj06-sunrise

please may I have a copy of the Genesis book :) I am 54 years old, live in the country in Somerset and have my own small recruitment business. Your entrepreneurial podcasts are always my fave and have helped me immensely:)

@kristyjohnson2820

I am heartened to read so many comments of people’s inner intuition and intelligence that is onto this guy.
There is nothing he says that is honest & invested in anything good.
