We recently did this in our school lab but nothing happened....... Then turns out the antisera was expired in 2008 ....

Agglutina formed on A and D so it is A+
basically if the Rh clots (which is the dots you see) that means you have positive blood depending on if the a or b clots will give you your blood type, if none it means you have O and if both you have AB

Shouod be antisera first before blood because you might splash some of it to other blood but well anyways BLOOD is really fascinating.
