It is UNNERVING though, how easily he slipped from the sweet and charming Hedwig, into the VERY creepy Mr. Dennis, and then into Kevin though. His posture, his voice, his eyes....everything changed. His eyes got colder when he was Dennis and he looked COMPLETELY vulnerable....almost scared....when he was Kevin. His voice got softer, his eyes relaxed. My God, give this man ALL the Oscars. He deserves one for this epic performance.

As much as I want to comment on James McAvoy's acting here, I have to comment on the chemistry between James and Anya. They are portraying two very broken people reaching out to each other and honestly, the facial expressions between them spoke volumes.
