Leo will be an activist. India had 700,000 troops in Kashmir to suppress the local population. Kashmir terrorist killed 40 Indian men. Now , war may break out. Leo should do something to promote peace. Let UN sponsor a plebiscite to allow the Kashmiri population have a vote to decide if it wants to join India, Pakistan or seek independence. A vote is a freedom and basic human right. Kashmir was never a part of India historically.
