Just tried this walk for the first time. The speed is perfect for me. I am 76 years old and still looking to push myself. Tanner's voice is very engaging.

@RodneyMiedema

Tanner is an amazing instructor. I'm 55 and on high blood pressure meds. I don't like to overdo it but these walk-at-home videos help me tremendously. Thank you for making these and helping people get fit. If I lose more weight I may get off the meds.

@TannerCourtad

Thank you for walking with us everyone!!

@RM-bp2uc

@Sue1725

Loved this thanks from a 72 year old from UK who is recovering from a rotator shoulder injury, so only worked with legs not raising my arms too much, on my repeat

@vanitalobo812

I am 46 yrs old and 75kg is my current weight. I am enjoying doing this exercise. Thanks. God bless you.

@Nina-r6m3m

I've been doing this a few weeks now, Almost every day and I am loving it! Its a decent pace, not too slow but do-able if starting back to exercise! Thank you so much! ❀

@orin998

thank you for this simple to follow exercise. it's been a long time since i've had any type of exercise and i think that any beginner will be able to cope with this. i started slow but now i'm doing this almost every day for a week.

@TheWatermoongoddess

Good one loved it… it makes a nice worm up for my main workout… though I started out with walk at home I lost 100 plus pounds: I’m 49 now and I have been down 200 plus pounds for five years. You can do it 😊😊😊😊

@LAW-it3ho

Tanner is awesome! This may look easy but its a challenge. Try it! He is so in sync, a leader and so in touch with real people. He makes you want to be part of the group next to him. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

@ouniverse7824

I burned 152 kcal, made 1883 steps, and walked 1.48km with this workout. As a non beginner, I thought it would be too easy, but I found it challenging to keep up with your pace! The workout is well structured and has a friendly and motivating vibe! Many thanks guys!

@christinesnyder8899

When he said that is only the warm up I asked for strength.But I Loved it perfect for me at 62.Thank you for these indoor walking workouts as I live in a country where the weather is not always suitable for outdoors.Love and Health.

I just completed this workout, and I'm sweating like crazy. It looks simple but it increases in intensity. Very good workout. Going to watch this and do it 2x a week. Thank you.
