But when she saw Oswald being arrested she said he was the man who came in the embassy at Mexico City and some other person said no that man was a blond guy or something. That’s why I got confused especially when Hoover told Johnson on the phone they would put the lie detector test on her. Goodpaster had received word not to arrest Duran because it could compromise the operation of blaming Cuba for Kennedy’s murder.
