Interviewing a spy is like extracting truth from a professional liar😅
When CIA allows former CIA officer discuss CIA hacks , technology, secrets etc. publicly on the internet. Think about it ...
"Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak." — Sun Tzu (The Art of War)
the most hilarious thing i've heard a CIA spy say is how they stopped working for the CIA
Oh the CIA ! Saviours of Humanity ! Beacon of hope and peace 😂. Blaming the whole world except themselves for fueling conflicts
This guy is such an obvious pawn, glad to know most here see through the act.
The Diary of a CEO has to be the best and most "well-done" podcast I've ever seen. Thank you, because what you guys do helps me.
Thank God the comment section is sane.
This guys is right that people who didn’t spend a long time in the region could never truly get it. Unfortunately he is one of those people. As a Ukrainian I strongly encourage you, Steven, to stop asking the so-called experts on Eastern Europe from the west and invite someone who really understands what is happening. You know that both Zelensky and Klitchko offered to speak to Joe Rogan on his trashy podcast, and were turned down. Why don’t you invite them? Your podcast is of higher caliber and far more nuanced, you have genuine curiosity, intelligence, integrity and capacity for introspection. You want to know about the true situation in the region, what could have been done better early on, why russia and russians behave the way that they do - ask people with the best knowledge.
Thank God for the comments, I couldn’t articulate the ick I was getting from the guest.
Sounds like a professional story teller.
I skipped ahead to listen about Russia, China, and Israel... just a minute into listening and this guy has already perpetuated 2 lies. Oh boy...
We fought wars in Asia for over 60 years to do these deals and now we're at war again because of them? This is ridiculous.
He reminds me of Michael Pompeo saying - we lie we cheat we steal and we create wars!
I just love how you have a guest and you let them speak. No matter what. You want to hear their story and understand. Some people don't like some guests, but why should we try and keep us in our biased bubbles instead of listening to people and their different views on various things. That really makes a difference. That keeps you thinking, changing, moving... Just take what you want out of these, search more if needed. Thank you.
What a wonderful conversation, wow. Could listen for hours on end, very informative.
Why didn't he mention the gas resources available in the Black Sea (via owning Crimea) and the fertile lands of Ukraine, plus the rare minerals and lithium only found in A FEW PLACES in the world (mainly China and Ukraine)?! Who controls those resources will be extremely well off...
"people love to talk" ... me, an introvert... Not today sir!
Oh righteous CIA. I immediately came to the comments but it wasnt enough to reduce the cringe. I had to turn the volume down just so that I could read in peace.
