Hello, Simon! Hope you're doing great! Thanks for the informative video! Cheers from Brazil!
I think it's an interesting starting point for this type of tech and I'm more interested in what comes after. These demonstrations look impressive, but I still can't imagine scanning your child with tech-scuba-gear replaces a quick grab to your mobile anytime soon.
It’s a very interesting development. Priced at a point where you’d think about a new high-end laptop, or this…? Interesting to see the separate battery too - have a spare and not need to be tethered (to a socket at least) whilst it charges.
This is revolutionary, feels like we’re finally getting something that is actually brand new and not just an update. Like phones, it’ll probably become much more compact in the next decade and maybe even be as compact as normal glasses. Kinda feels like how it was when the first iphone was released and it was just unimaginable. I don’t think it’ll ever replace a phone cause phones are just so comfortable and useful + plus it’s human nature to want to actually hold something in your hand, however it might as well become the next best default accessory when the technology branches out and becomes more accessible for everyone
It’s funny , every time a product category is launched, people drift towards a set of features they want customers to experience, 5 years later they are using it in a completely different way. Simon try a VR headset at a nearby store, the experience is mind bending, but not in all the ways apple is describing it. I still feel we will continue to reach out for our laptops for a number of years to come
If Apple hadn't price out the consumer this would be a moment for the history books. However, because they're set on their 3.5k price point it'll have to wait a few years. Hopefully in the meantime we get decent changes to Siri, making it a more personal AI assistant and we can watch the price of the Vision Pro drop in price until it becomes essential to daily life.
First!
Simon I am scared, what has the world come to
The tech is amazing. It’s overpriced. It’s a pro product aimed at consumers. However the tech implemented in other products will be world changing. Apple vision is both phenomenal and flawed.
