Session finished! Thoughts: - For some reason I was very distracted today and didn't manage to do even half of what I had planned for the session (it took me the full two hours to do what I planned to do in the first 25 minutes). - However, I was determined to keep working, and I didn't grab my phone at any moment. - After all, I'm proud of myself for not giving up. I know I could have done better, but admitting my limits is also al act of self-love. I just wanted to get this off my head. Have a nice day!!
