So, the city wanted women to be Sheriff, even though they can NOT PHYSICALLY fight someone and protect you. So, the only choice is to give them the safe and easy jobs and leave all the heavy lifting to the males. Another example of hiring through ideology instead of merit. Susans job responsible for operating and managing the Orleans Justice Center (the main jail)! FINE JOB! I am sure the public feels so safe know that Susan is on the job and will get the ELEVEN escaped inmates back.
