Re: largest cartridges, the Switch's 64 GB cartridge was totally theoretical. While Nintendo always said "Up to 64 GB cartridges" no one ever made a game on one. The largest cartridges in use on Switch 1 were 32 GB. We already know that Cyberpunk 2077 will launch on Switch 2 on a 64 GB cartridge so we know at least that 64 GB is actually used this gen, and it's of course possible that they'll go up from there but that's the largest cartridge we've heard about so far.
