Gonathon G’s Selflessness is his fatal flaw, with how he neglect his personal needs and prioritize others in fear of abandonment. So he suffers from separation anxiety and measures his self-worth through acts of services, predisposing himself to transactional relationships and manipulation. He’s an ‘Extreme Doormat’ with radical self-doubt and guilt from memory loss. His self-doubt also manifesting as codependency and passivity. Gonathon is severely insecure, he doesn’t think he deserves being in healthy relationships so he accepts the lowest standards and the worse treatment. Seeing him be self-destructive just makes so much sense. He wants to be love but is afraid of intimacy, he wants to be happy but doesn’t think he deserves it. I love his character so much, Gonathon is one of my favorite ever. He’s characterized so well, I won’t criticize him for anything because everything he did was in character.

Gonathon G is such a wonderfully flawed character. He always makes the choices that fit his character, even if they are uncomfortable for us to watch. Many of us see ourselves in him in ways too difficult to admit. We'll always support and root for Gonathon G. This is some top-notch roleplaying, and it has been a delight to watch!

Even the silliest of roleplay can lead to intense emotional moments between friends and this episode is good evidence of that. Thank you for the stream, Gigi 🧡 Have faith in Tam Gandr and your wolf pack and all will end well for our favorite humble knight. Though the pearl-shaped hole in his diamond-shaped heart may never quite be filled, he can still find peace and happiness.

This stream was an emotional roller-coaster the whole way through! I really thought Shiori and Gonathan had chemistry at the end of the last one and seeing how heartbreaking pursuing that choice was was super painful to watch (in a good way). Everyone played their roles wonderfully and its really great to see how the interpersonal relationships develop between the characters, especially as more information about them get revealed. As for Gonathon himself, he really does have my sympathy. Its clear that he doesn't know how to navigate the situations he finds himself in constantly and keeps fumbling his responses. This is exacerbated since he doesn't really have any kind of clear understanding, if any, about who he was prior. I hope eventually he'll learn to accept and value himself too, especially before the Gigi persona returns completely when he and the others fully regain their memories. This has been great so far can't wait to see how the next 3 days go.

Gonathon's reliance on others in times of stress, like a fixed compulsion to run to his peers off of dependency, I wouldn't completely say Gonathon knows what to prioritize, but that in their subconscious they know who is truly for them and who is there to help, they know that so much that they often blind themselves from the fact that others might be damaging their view on others and Gonathon's own path although it's coated in what seems like diamonds for a little while. He can't help himself, he's a romantic, but also broken inside and indecisive, throwing himself into relationships and doing what he thinks is right, though in his mind he's battling more than anyone can see, internal conflict. This entire day for gonathon was just so bad, a necessary arc and goes without saying that he basically checks every box as to why he needs help.

This stream is golden, to such an extent that I opted to look across several different streams simultaneously just to gauge the respective members' chat's reactions to all the drama that was happening. The sheer diversity - manner, intensity, language, and inherent hive-mind biases - are as fascinating to watch as it was enjoyable to interact with. I am rooting for Gonathon with a G. While I have my biases with regards to who must be shipped to whom, what is more important for me is the Knight's very exploration of this complex tapestry of emotions..... uh, and YEAH with him working with everyone across EN to save the old Libestal!
