The portal one is a teleport+3d gui with camera manipulation. The 3d gui has its own scriptable camera, with a replica of the world, and the gui camera is constantly updated to replicate its angle and position as the player camera, but relative to the other end of the portal.

5:39 zeal (or whatever his name is) didnt make roshade its basically a copy of reshade made to work with roblox, and it also has deleted like half of the shaders that reshade has
