I can’t believe I slept on oblivion this long. I’ve played Skyrim my whole life and it’s been one of my favorite games. But I think oblivion blows it out of the water completely, and that’s with having zero nostalgia attached to it for me weighted against the nostalgia Skyrim has for me

One isn't better then the other, they both are great and bring a couple of differents to the table. Its very easy to see what both do better.

Oblivion had so much better quest then Skyrim! I feel like Skyrim was the decline in quality at Bethesda, quality replaced by quantity! Don’t get me wrong Skyrim has some fun quest but as far as guilds all of them are decent in length with unique quest in Oblivion! Dark Brotherhood & thieves guilds just wasn’t as fun in Skyrim imo!

Oblivion is and always will be my fave Elder Scrolls. Morrowind second, Skyrim and i wanna play daggerfall. I played Arena breifly before i knew what it was :(

Idk Skyrim just hits different. Feels far more like I'm in a dark/cold fantasy world. One of the most immersive gaming experiences I've had with an RPG.
