Would if that mystery dog was actually Brandy's boyfriend/husband (if it's a boy dog that is) and the one reason I say this is because just like I said so many times this show have a ways of showing the viewers the story but not telling it and the dog look (almost) just like her in a way and it could be that the producers is showing us the character but not telling us, (I'm guessing the dog is a Heeler as well by it's appearance) the only problem I see about this is I'm sure the dog would have appeared during Frisky and Radley's wedding with Brandy in (The Sign) episode, unless he couldn't get to the wedding that would make believe he is. But If the dog was there that probably would have convince me that he could be her boyfriend/husband. It's not confirmed in anyway I'm just guessing.
