Martlet's words in this point of the pacifist route genuinely hit me, she's values Clover so much and her words are just pure as her character itself, she gave me such a comforting feeling that I just can't explain properly, like she's a real friend, it makes me want to have a friend like her.

I just realized....Martlet is the Sans of this game. You meet her in Snowdin, she pops up throughout your journey, she shows up at a specific location in every route to comment on what you've been doing, and of course she's the final boss of the Genocide route.

it's really powerful how, even if u aborted ur genocide run at the LAST MOMENT and are at LV 12, martlet still forgives u, and (more importantly) clover still decides to live with her... no matter how lost u got in ur own personal crusade, clover's still a good kid deep down, and they'll take the happy, peaceful option ten times out of ten
