No one knows what a photon is. Gravitational waves are non linear.. overlay two solutions with low frequency and low intensity only looking at things locally, the sum is almost a solution of the gravity equations. Overlay two solutions with high frequency high intensity gravitational waves and look at the behavior over a large distance and the sum deviates far from the equations.

Apply analysis to numerical solutions of gravitational waves as the frequency and intensity increases you can see the emergence of complexity. No one knows what a photon is and no one understands the complexity that emerges from gravitational waves.

e=mc2 equation wasn't Einstein's. It was first written by an Italian geologist Olinto de Pretto. Albert was awful in math.
