Am liking these short videos. So helpful and not overwhelming.
I am now fasting 24-36 hours 1x a week. 2nd time my bloating was totally gone. On a 24 hour fast. 2 days later...eating...still flat. And the peak of clarity and energy at hour 17 is amazing.
I started watching your channel in mid October and then on November 1 2024 I started following your guidelines. I've lost 30 lbs in almost 5 months. Also, 4" in my waist & hips. I'm back to my weight from 15 years ago. My metabolic panel is all green again. Thank you Dr. Mindy! I share your principles with everyone who is willing to listen. I understand the resistance because it's the opposite of what I learned throughout my life.

Having chronic mental stress issue causes high cortisol levels all day and night, even wake up by palpitation at night, that makes my body hard to lose weight, will try the new method and hopefully get rid off of the cortisol issue! ❤ thanks Dr Mindy! ❤
10 lbs in 3 months but I almost no mobility. wokring with my orthopedic doctor to figure out where to start on my advanced arthritis in almost every joint from my neck to my ankles. I use a walker and had a bad fall in January same day I started learning more about keto. Thank you for thr free information as I am 73 and low income they told me 20 years ago I would be in a wheelchair but i have worked hard with different things to keep that from happening.

Use up your cortisol in the morning and throughout the day by doing squats, eating greens in order to detox the estrogen and castor oil packs as well to detox estrogenvtaking dim or femecrin. Lastly

Cortisol is my enemy. It haunts my sleeping and waking hours. Nothing I've tried reduces my levels. Think it's contributing to my hair loss, too 😱
