As we get older we should grow more confident in God. I do notice that when I have more time for myself I waste it examining my mind and body which makes me stressed. I know that God is with us but I’m learning that I must also help myself. Help yourself by praying every day and night. Also, spend time around those who are calm and cool. Eat foods that are good for you and make sure you stay busy doing good work. We all get in our head this is normal but the best thing we can do for ourselves is to know that worry doesn’t do anything beneficial for our mind and body.

I want to express my appreciation to my lord and savior ive been in downward sprial and was lost but now I'm found i doubted gods power and his capabilities but if God can give he can take away im not going to say how I was humbled but I was and everything was crashing down in a domino effect and I dropped to my knees and prayed and the lord answered swiftly and he waited till I put all my faith and really truly prayed from my heart to answer so no matter what your going through no matter how difficult things are give your heart to the lord truly believe even in your worse of times he's with us and in our best hes in every step our lord is with us thank you God hopefully someone who's close to giving up or thinking of ending it all just know the lord loves all his children and has a purpose for you
