I did the Three Passes in 2023, and Annapurna Circuit in 2022 ……. my first visits back to the Nepal Himalaya since the early 1990’s. Doing the hike from Jiri to EBC and 3 Peaks and then back to Jiri. Jiri is the original route of climbers and it avoids the planes. It adds a lot of time (6 day hike from Jiri to Lukla and then another 6 back) but that stretch is quiet and avoids the crowds.
