I’m from the south and I’ve seen plenty of rigged trials, but this mofo takes the cake. Holy shizzz…. This judge is the worst, she’s saying sustained before the prosecutor can say objection. I’m sure that jury is in their pocket too.

Given where the trial is so far, this trial should result in another mistrial. There is a HUGE AMOUNT OF DOUBT that has been raised by the Defense. The detective work was shoddy/sloppy and the chains of custody were not followed. Even though trooper Proctor is not testifying at this 2nd trial, his name and behavior (misbehavior) are all over it and his supervisor admitted so many times that he did not closely supervise Proctor. He had no idea what Proctor was doing when left to his own devices. Brian Higgins is a big problem, especially when he was inside and in the office at the PD station at 1:30 the night of the accident and on his cell phone (to whom) as he left building. John’s iWatch measuring his movements , etc does not align with the supposed timeline of the police. Immediately after that video of Higgins, that’s when he and Mr. Albert Sr. supposedly “butt dialed” each other 5 times. As to autopsy, no injuries were found that would be consistent with being hit by a car. John’s facial injuries could have been caused by a punch and the glaring large scratches, bruises, on his arm are never explained. None of these injuries could have been caused by blunt force trauma. The police dropped the ball by not confiscating several critical cell phones were not collected and downloaded: Higgins, Proctor, Mr. Albert Sr, etc. it is completely inconceivable that the the 2 cops (both Albert men) supposedly never woke up with all the loud voices outside, the sounds of vehicles, and the flashing lights of all the cop cars and emergency vehicles. No one can explain how John got the drink glass if he never went inside the house. Why was evidence (taillight) still being gathered weeks after the incident? Why is their DNA from 2 unidentified other males on John’s orange t-shirt? Could John’s blood on the front of his orange tshi

This Judge is the worst representative of the Judicial system I have ever seen, and I have seen many in person and as a trial watcher. I pray to God the Jury is not corrupt and see's straight through this nonsense and utter disregard of a fair, honest and non biased trial. This Judge and court takes the cake, disgusting.
