@coop2011r

Gripen excels in areas like cost-efficiency, ease of maintenance, and adaptability to rugged environments. It’s designed for operations on unprepared runways and highways, making it ideal for low budget-third world countries with unique logistical challenge.

@donquixote1502

Gripen E is probably in all the best fighter there is today!

@atisalvaro

It is not Rafail. It is Rafale. It is Gripen, not Graipen. It's not kEfir. It is KFIR. You have added an extra vocal to all od the three, that does not exist. No diftongs

@gilfrancopoulo6675

You forgot to mention one detail: if the Americans block the sale of the Gripen because the engine is American, another option other than China is possible, it is the Rafale which is not subject to American authorization since it is 100% French. In fact, it is not a detail ;-)

@Arakyrie

Colombia has never had a US made fighter, ever. It has had french manufactured fighters, even the KFIR is a fighter based on Mirage 5. So going to a Sweden made fighter is not really a large departure as you depicted

@christopherzorobautista5730

Oh goody, a new sale since 2014! "The best fighter" that only did reconnaissance in battle.

@pogo1140

JAS-39 sale blocked by US

@haithamashraf9292

@DennisMack-y5n

Just politely put politics every communist or socialist country wants to prop themselves as a Swedish or Nordic type Economic genius. Parts are all from china anyway.. deeper politics shift mirroring china et al more important.

@QAYWSXEDCCXYDSAEWQ

Sounds like another win for Trumpski, he's lost the US even more business
