It's the old man cuz at the end of season 1 the frontman brings the old man his VIP like mask when the old man is dead but it isn't a VIP mask it's the frontmans grand dad bcuz in season 1 the old man says to gi-hun: "my grandson don't drink pure milk either" but in season 2 001 gives jun-hee his milk saying: "take it, I can't have milk anyway." so that means il-nam is young-il's grand dad
