@General_M

I never understood why anyone would think Nintendo would release a Switch that outclasses the current PC handhelds. Nintendo doesn’t sell for a loss, and they aren’t about to release an $800 device. People need to reel in their expectations, remember that it’s PROBABLY going to be a $300-$400 handheld, and been in development for a very long time which never means bleeding edge.

The Legend of Zelda: Embodiments of the Patent

@TempleofShaolin

Rockstar needs to release a 60fps patch for rdr2 before gta 6 releases. It’s honestly ridiculous they haven’t done that yet

@03chrisv

The Switch 2 has 6x more cuda cores, double the memory bit bus, and 3x the system memory over the original Switch. The IPC gains and faster clocks of the newer architecture will also increase performance. Add in DLSS upscailing and the Switch 2 should definitely produce great looking games. In my perspective, the Switch 2 will be a huge upgrade. First party Nintendo games and third party exclusives will probably look extremely good, probably better than people expect.

@seanmcbay

I never expected Switch 2 to be super modern. It’ll still be a huge jump regardless and I’m excited for it.

@shifuzii

I just want a GameCube 2, it’s time.

@ARIXANDRE

After Playstation's PSSR, Switch could go with "Upscaling Resolution INtelligent Enhancer", or URINE.

@LRon-ef7ni

Nintendo’s success hasn’t been about power since Wii became a hit.

@ReckluseMusic

Switch 2 will have an emulator before its announced at this rate.

@bugrasevinc9696

540p to 1080p DLSSd is gonna be a standart for Switch 2.

@SocialBandit

The disappointment is very silly to me. What were folks seriously expecting? Ampere is gonna be a pretty dang big upgrade to the ol thing.

@pondwhale

24:08 incredible flub, incredible recovery

@lazybeatx1843

Nintendo games will look great on it, because it’s going to be substantially more powerful than the switch 1. People get too caught up in the nitty gritty of specs.

@xAfroMetalHead1990x

I have a feeling that when we see games, nobody’s gonna care about process node

@anembersarc

No point buying the first iteration anyway since it'll have an LCD screen. Wait for the OLED which they undoubtedly already have planned.

@ToniTheChamp

I love Nintendo’s approach. It’s smart. Plus, the other console makers always go too fast with tech and promise too much too soon. Nintendo uses “last gen tech” but by the time they use it, devs know it well and it just works, which is what really matters.

@Keaten88

Isn’t anybody tired of all the specs and photo leaks of the Switch 2? I’m ready to see games now!

@jngobngo

Personally I think the switch 2 specs have me feeling good!

@ADreamingTraveler

Given what Nintendo and 3rd party devs could do with the Tegra X1 I'm pretty certain things will be just fine if they're going with this.

@corey2232

Switch 1 games I want to get a performance boost on Switch 2:

1. Astral Chain (60 fps mode)
2. Link's Awakening
3. Mario & Luigi Brothership
4. Bayonetta 3
5. Echoes of Wisdom
6. Pokemon Legends Arceus
7. Pokemon Sc/Vi (needs it way more than Legends Arceus, but it's not as good a game in general)
8. Fire Emblem Three Houses
9. Xenoblade 1, 2, 3 & X
10. Octopath Traveler 2
