I've been carnivore going on three years now. I stopped eating chicken because, quite frankly, it has no taste unless it's rotisserie chicken. I live in France and buy sausages and dried meats at my local butcher shop. The sausages here are just meat and seasonings, that's it, and cured dried meats are made the same way they've been making them for 500 years. Most the salmon I eat is smoked organic salmon from the North Sea. I do drink café crème, which is coffee made with heavy full-fat cream. Nice summary.

Thank you for putting this out there. It’s so extremely disturbing. I’ve heard it all before, but each time I hear it, I get sadder and madder! 😢 😠

@scotts.2887

I bought a food dehydrator and make my own beef jerky. The only spice I add to it is Redmond's salt or Redmond's smoked salt. It is fantastic. I make large batches that I vacuum seal and freeze. I also buy thick cut, sugar free bacon from the butcher and make bacon jerky. Jerky is easy to make, healthy and saves a lot of money.

@RadiantLight82

I’m on Carnivore transition right now, this was very informative as a newbie. ❤ thank you!

Thank God, and I mean, thank God Himself that HE SEES all the GREED from the devils genetically modifying everyone’s food. People will have to answer to God for this. And I’m so grateful for that because it just angers me. How diabolical these corporate giants are. How do they sleep at night?

@parasences

A few german, french, spanish, polish and ungarian sausages are pretty good with ~98% meat, partly from liver, heart and other organs. Only high in salt, most of the times.

@carollizc

I put milk in my tea, but that's it. The only salmon I eat is wild-caught, from a tin. Sausages often contain bread crumbs, so I don't go there. Fresh wild salmon us just too costly for this pensioner. I don't eat as much chicken as I used to because it doesn't taste as good as it used to. And I'm not carnivore, I'm keto. Ditching these foods makes me feel better, and my diet is also more enjoyable.

But white salmon being dyed during processing - that belongs in a horror film, not a supermarket!

@randyshort4629

I buy most of my meats from forceofnature. Beef, bison, venison, elk, all pasture raised, grass fed and grass finished. Only wild caught pacific chinook salmon.

@ISeeYouToo-Ido

As a very strict carnivore, I fully approve this message. And while many will disagree, I recommend avoiding all pork as well.

@tuomas_knives

Very interesting and helpful. 10 weeks carnivore today btw.

@peterarnold629

Starting to really, really like your channel. Awesome content; concise, easy to grasp and so helpful. Thank you very much.

@CiprianFx59

In Germany I can find 90 to 95% pork meat sausages, good enough for me.

@talkradiogold

excellent info and great variety of helpful comments

@BrentSwift-yj2eq

Wild caught sardines great alternative..

@FLGurl

That air dryer looks great. Well done on that. I think if we go by the rule of single ingredient on the food label that can work very well. Really do not like reading the labels in the store in their micro-print size. I agree with this list 💯%. Thank you.

Yes, after being on carnivore for 3 years, I've tried isolating types of meats. Beef made me feel best, resulted in the highest levels of health and vigor. Skin, vision and hair improved. Lamb is also positive. Pork, a noticeable difference in results. Hair loss returned. Chicken for 6 weeks had my hair loss return. Almost at the rate prior to carnivore diet. Whenever I eat chicken, I also feel 'off'. And now I wonder if it's the hormones and antibiotics injected into production chicken. Or the filthy washing process. There is something to Dr. Berry's recommendation of Beef, Bacon, Eggs and Butter. I do notice I thrive on it. I do recommend folks mix up there meat intake as we can't all afford beef and lamb. Luckily they all go on sale cyclically.
Great new video!

@jmariexoxoxo

I had no idea about sausage! Great information!

@fraserwatson1548

I just started dehydrating beef. I love it. It is very good. Way better than store bought. Next project is to get a meat grinder and make my own chemical free sausage. Thank you for all the great advice

@MFrancis

Enjoying your channel Max, up North in Whangarei. Cheers🙂🙂

@williamltmetz6969

i’m 62 years old been watching your channel for a while been on carnivore for two months i have pasture raised chickens there is not enough bugs or worms for chickens to eat. I feed my organic grains plus they’re on the pasture if they did not eat organic grains in summertime and winter they would starve so if you buy organic eggs in the store you’re eating organic grains.

@Livetoeat171

In the last couple of years, in the US, the word has gotten out about hormones and GMO foods being fed to chickens and most chicken packages now have those stated on the package that they do not use hormones or GMO feeds
