I genuinely don't get this tool. From what you've shown in looks like a web crawler / automated website checker like we've already seen many times. It's checking against WCAG guidelines and a few other predefined rules. 
Then "AI" creates a test report which uses personas to make it look like a human wrote it and to make it look more trustworthy? More management level acceptable? I don't know?

Do the personas you created with the prompt run different tests? Or at least evaluate the same findings differently?

That's something I would have loved to see more details of in your video.
