Josh and Chelsea, I've been watching your channel for a long time and really like what you teach. Wilbur was the brains behind the Wright Brothers but died 1912, his brother died in 1948. They were a team, but if you read the history of the brothers, Orville rarely mentioned his brother, which is unfortunate, but Wilbur was long gone. I did not know about that wonderful mechanic, now I do! What a beautiful area it's so wonderful you your still vlogging, many of your colleagues on You Tube have disappeared. HIlton Head is quite an expensive and classy area. It's scary and frustrating when you data disappears, I am so glad you were able to recover it. Cheers, Rik Spector
Thanks for visiting Frederick, Josh! :)
First Flight is in my logbook. If you guys fly into FFA, make sure you are vigilant. There are so many different factors that come to play in the vicinity of that airport, not to mention the restricted and special-use airspace around the airport.
My wife and I were fortunate enough, along with another couple, from the Reno Airport, to attend the Centennial back in 2003. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate (rain and wind) and the replica Wright Flyer could not/did not fly. Otherwise, it was very special to see where powered flight began. Your content is always inspiring, keep up the great work.
Finally another video! These views are why we become pilots. Even if that means lifelong financial problems ππ
As a current student pilot, this is exactly where I want to fly on my first XC after attaining my PPL. Truly appreciate all the work you both put into making exceptional content for us!
The North Carolina coast has a lot to offer aviators. My first cross-country when I moved to North Carolina was from RDU to first flight field. It was great to see where it all began. Really enjoy your videos and cinematography. Keep up the good work.
I had chills flying over and landing at FFA with my brother-in-law. We did the park and museum before heading off to RDU for him to catch a commercial back to California. I've flown a couple of people over the beach and FFA and everyone loves it!
Another beautiful video Josh! Thanks for letting us fly along with you. Loved the video at Kitty Hawk N.C. The video was so clear, I was able to read the information boards that were there! Amazing what the Wright brothers did to introduce the aviation dream to America and the world! The flight to Hilton Head was beautiful. I caught myself gazing through the lens of your camera and almost feeling like I was up there with y'all! Thanks again for all your great videos and I look forward to your next flight to the Bahamas!
Born and raised in NC, still have this on the bucket list. Amazing!
Josh and Chelsea, with your last video you flew over by birthplace of Buffalo, NY and in this video you visited my now home First in Flight state of North Carolina! Love your travels. So glad to be along on the travels with you!
18:12 omg.. ππππππππ
I have flown into Billy Mitchell Airport several times in my P-210. Great airport. I enjoy your channel and especially your 3 week round robin flight. Great job.
Good morning from Minnesota!! Outstanding!! Landing at First Flight is one of my bucket list items!!
Like dog.... Wife and dad and mom have had a time share within a mile of there since the 80's... you landing there made my eyes leak bigtime. WOW.....Love it.
Thank you for sharing another great production and overcoming the tech hurdles and additional expense- sorry to hear that. Terrific views on this leg of the journey and really like seeing you two work together through cross checks and confirmations- great best practices.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful trip along the Carolina coast. I'm adding this to my list of places to fly.
This series has been extra special content, exceptional production, beautiful cinematography and a very pleasant pacing throughout each episode. Bravo to both of you.
My first solo x-country was to Kitty Hawk from the Langley AFB Aero Club. My instructor said with the United States on the right and the Atlantic on the left even I couldnβt get lostππ
