Sumito's sneaking in philosophical tones to his videos. I like it, keep at it! More of this and less "meme of the week".
I'm somewhere on the bell curve. Can't guarantee where.
This is one of your best videos. Using Memes to actually explain life, and the effects of understanding a concept. Gj Muta, gj.
10:16 Oh god this hurts so bad. I have a fucking Lelit Anna with a custom bottomless portafilter, competition grade filter basket and modded pressure valve with WDT tools, 0,001 g accurate scale for weighing shots and an 1zpresso JX PRO hand grinder, and a whole notebook on all the shots I've pulled with all specialty single origin coffees with all variables logged and tracked. Yet what I drink every day is fucking instant coffee. Why? I like the taste, the convenience, and it doesn't give me heartburn. It's like that scene in Evangelion where they kill that one angel by letting it evolve indefinitely until it just dies as the final point of its evolution.
First the Dunning-Kruger effect, and now today we have bell graphs, mean, median and averages?? My guy, did you start an I/O Psych course? Looking forward to scatter plots tomorrow! Stay educational Sumito!
11:40 So another way to interpret this is the bell curve is the hero's journey. You start with normalcy, run into conflict, peruse something, only to return to normalcy, having grown from the journey.
I didn't need to be told I was stupider than I think, because I already think I'm stupider than I think
I’m beginning to think both Sumitos brain cells collided recently
I think this is actually a really good philosophical video...
Sumito is unironically going to become a modern day Buddha by hyper-analyzing the philosophy behind these memes.
I saw a bell curve meme of the Achilles Paradox and it was, he will reach the finish line in 2 seconds, it will take an eternity to reach the finish line, he will reach the finish line in 2 secs. I found that one hilarious
Gotta say that I've really enjoyed this and the Dunning-Kruger video. Something about the writing and pacing feels like you've gone a step beyond, and it's super enjoyable. Keep up the great work boss! (Actually what do we call you? Hyaenas usually have a matriarch afaik so do we call you that? Or patriarch since you're a man? Or do we call your wife the boss since she'd be the matriarch? I think we need some clarifications here)

The nescafe bit made me spill my nescafe a bit, caught me off guard
The good thing about the normal distribution meme is that it's going to make teaching intro to stats a lot easier next year.
that coffee bell curve is spot on and I have been on every point on the bell curve.

I'm terrified of the bell curve. I'm close enough to the middle that I don't know what side I'm on.
My bell curves a bit to the left.
