Stretching felt like a chore before this guy. I was Ill for a while and lost a lot of muscle mass, made my muscles shorten and pull on my skeleton but I’ve been stretching and not only do I feel more calibrated I also feel stronger and more agile. Someone with a genuine zeal and interest can inspire us to aspire.

I tried to learn this years ago and was almost there. A few years later I did yoga and realised if u hold up your perineum and do deep breaths it oh so much easier. Dont know why. So know Im going to try again doing this combination.
