Hi Kseniya! Thanks for your guidance. I have checked and watched all videos related to my case. My husband and I were confident doing the forms & submissions by ourselves. We were initially considering of hiring an immigration lawyer, but changed our mind when we listened to all relevant vids from you. Last week, we got already the I-130 approval notice without interview. It’s 13mos of waiting! We’re now waiting for my green card approval 🙏 Thanks again!

Firstly let me thank you for all the advice .USCIS had sent me an RFE in may for my medical . Which I sent in immediately . Now they have Scheduled me and my spouse for an interview . Wish me luck. 😢

Regardless of which one you are doing/answering, so lets say going through consular processing, should you leave the other section for adjustment of status in US blank or fill in n/a for not applicable?

Hello there, I have made the payment for the Affidavit of Support and IV fees on behalf of my mother. However, I have discovered that according to her NVC case status, the interview location is listed as Cairo, Egypt. This is quite surprising because we actually filed her change of status form, i-485, on August 1, 2022, while she has been residing with me in Texas, USA. The most recent step in the I-485 process was her biometrics appointment, which took place in Texas in August 2022. I filled the I-485 in parallel with the I-130. In the I-130 form, I filled the residence location of my mother in Egypt, but in the I-485 form, the residence location is in Texas, US, as I filled the I-485 while she was staying with me in USz, and that's why we made the adjustment of status for her. Now that the payment for the Affidavit of Support and IV fees has been made, I would like to know how to adjust the interview location to a Texas location. Thank you, and I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
