1. Nintendo doesn't want you to access the save file on other devices because that makes it easy to hack. I do think that cloud storage is very important because, while remaining 'safe' from hackers, it allows you to recover your 100 hours in zelda if your switch dies if you link you saves to a different console. It's very important as back-up. 2. I don't think you need a web browser on it. You have your phone with you at all times anyway and that generally has LTE and wifi. I do think it needs youtube, hulu, netflix and all other streaming sites. 3. agreed. I actually think it should be able to do 4k. Not for games, but for menus and streaming services as well. I know the switch is powerful enough. Not sure if there are connective bottle necks. for the rest, I agree, even though I wouldn't use many of those.

All I really want is the UI and eShop in 1080p. On a 65" TV, 720p is miserable. Screenshots in 1080p would be nice and also arranging games as tiles like on Wii U.

The only problem i have with this video is: "The only thing you can do on the Switch is play games". Guess what, the Nintendo Switch is a gaming console! Come on. I don't get it. Would you rather have Apps like youtube and Netflix first. And maybe in a couple of months get games...? I don't understand all these comments about those media apps. practically every device you own has it. You can have all those things on your phone, tablet, your tv, your other consoles. I don't get it. I buy a gaming console to play games on it. I wouldn't use netflix on it, let alone a web browser, which is more then often a burden to use on a console. I prefer a tablet or computer to browse the web. Now, eventually, there will come some apps like youtube and netflix, but those aren't needed right away. As for the rest, i do 100% agree with you, we do need backup options! Also, the home menu should indeed be 1080p in dock mode. You can indeed clearly see that the interface is blurred, although it's not bad, but it might be coming in a future update like you said. Also, the themes, those would be really awesome! I would love to see it come on to the Switch :-D

The fan mock up looks terrible. It's basically just a more cluttered Wii U home menu which was bad to begin with. I think it looks great as it is.

a way to play Wii and WiiU games like when you transfer data from the Wii(U) to the Nintendo Switch you can get Virtural Console game from those and for trasfering Nintendo can ask a view dollars for each 2 games

I think they should have run a version of android on the device. Yes that would somewhat take away from the status of the console but I think it would open up a whole new area for sales and user experience. Being able to play mobile games on a mobile device just makes sense to me. Perhaps it would hurt game sales. But totally awesome from a user perspective imo. No one would question the 3rd party support if it did happen too.

Here's a good idea. Ditch the friend code restriction crap they keep doing. They act like it's the end of the world when you try to exchange friend codes. I've explained this dozens of times and I'll explain it again. Nintendo is paranoid about people meeting strangers online. That's an okay thing. The 3DS has friend codes that Nintendo doesn't want you sharing publicly. Okay. But why is Nintendo okay with the Wii U's NNID friend request if you can easily do their Skype-equivalent, Wii U Chat?? It ticked me off because they're being evil about it, which feels extremely restrictive knowing that they're using friend codes again, but they don't want friend codes to be publicly given out.

Why does the home menu need to be rendered at 1080p? I don't get the pixelation you talk of. He still looks crisp. Games yes, but not a menu. I definitely hear you about the themes and hopefully with a theme with a music. I bought the Mega Man ones for my 3DS. Not sure on that menu design. It looks cluttered, but maybe an option for people that do? Can I ask why everyone hates friend codes? Is just the tedium of typing a number in? It only takes like a few seconds. I don't get the hate. Thanks for the video :)

year three buy for me 2019 is my switchmas unless year two has bayonetta 3 and or metroid. those two my get me to buy it a little earlier. good video. i agree with themes and eshop needing music.I think you hit the nail on the head plus virtual console needs to be on point.
