@hamhawk2019

Thank you for making this video!! I used to HATE running. Like I would cry before gym everyday in middle school AND highschool. I decided to try running this year for myself and my health and fell in love with it because i decided to not care about pace. For anyone who thinks they can't run because they're not "good" enough, just remember a 16 min mile is just as FAR as a 5 min mile. You still ran a mile and you're still incredible!!!!

@vickielouisefit

I still can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers. One of the top fitness ‘influencers’ out there in my opinion. Promoting normal bodies, exercising and eating to feel good. I love it.

@hannah1052

I specialize in nutrition and exercise science! Some tips I have for you, (take them or leave them) before running you want to do a dynamic/mobility warmup and stretch directly after. If you’re running everyday I would foam roll 3-4x per week. Lastly, an apple or half an apple before your run/workout will be your bestie!! It’s like natural Pre workout👌🏼
I really enjoyed watching you take on this challenge!

@KarmamixedwithKindness

This is very motivational. I was a strong runner in 2019. running 3-4 miles at a time 3-4 times a week. I was my best self.....and covid happened. :( Over three years I gained 40 pounds, no more work outs, no gym time. I have just started running a mile every other day. This makes me feel so much better and makes me feel like I need to give myself more grace.

@julieannecichon7905

This gives me hope! I am slowly working on losing weight so I can run a 5k and slowly up to a full marathon. I love your channel. And it is encouraging to see different challenges.

@oceaneyes4906

I did this like a year ago and really wanna do it again bc once you start to see progress in your running aka running for longer than only a minute straight, it’s very rewarding and inspiring to keep going

@jesssmvlz

I just love these challenge videos and love your personality too!
15 minutes is so minimal in the grand scheme of things, you’ve motivated me to try this out ☺️

@Chaos_Hound

Great job! As a cross country runner, I know the first miles you ever do are pretty difficult. What a lot of people don’t realize is that, yeah, it’s physically hard to run for a while, if you don’t wear the proper shoes you can destroy your legs etc, but how much mental requires. You have to be the one to say, no, I’m not stopping here, I’m going a little bit longer. Great job!

@moinmoin-ge8zm

Hey, next time youre running try lifting up your knees instead of kicking your feet to the front:) this will help your form and prevent knee damage:)

@katienorteman5295

When you said “THE Taylor Woods” I had to stop pause your video to comment. Love her videos! So glad you were able to talk to her for help!

@sageghent3910

When you started to say you wanted to reach out to someone about running I immediately thought of Taylor! Awesome video!

@mmm_smores7655

Great video-love your honesty! You have motivated me to get off my ass and start taking care of myself! Hopping on my Peloton today (haven’t used in 6+ months!) thanks for the anti-chafing tip and belt!

@patriciocheltree752

The flip belt is amazing!! I have been using it for years, and it’s the best running belt I have ever used, and believe me I have tried sooooo many!!

@floristgirl

I started 5x weekly and I'm 74...never thought I could run/jog, but I'm using a treadmill in my building.

@KatFantin

I admire your commitment! There's no way I could talk myself into trying a challenge like this. You're amazing!

@jennysheeran6407

Congratulations on finishing your challenge. I feel the same way about running. I walk a lot but running ugh 😂

@tiffanyvelasquez5262

Hey Girl! You are awesome! I love love how you set your mind to do something and you just do it. I'm in an exercise rut (or hibernation is more like it) and soo need to get moving again, but I draw inspiration from you to start. Thanks❣

@mikaylagrayson5342

I’m so excited for your Mile time! Thats a serious improvement!

@collettew2614

ive always absolutely hated running, i would cry before school if i had to do the mile, gym class, sports, etc. i tried starting to run last year but i couldnt even get myself to finish a mile without stopping, and later on i learned i was just running too fast. i went on a run last week and i finished a mile without stopping and it was 10.58 seconds and i was SO proud of myself, now ive gotten my mile down to a 9.50 and i love running!! never give up!!!

@ingeborgpfeffer6231

Thank you so much for this video! I think the whole appreciation that you are able to run is great advice! I also used to hate running and then in lockdown 2020 I had alot of anxiety and as I was an essential worker I needed something to improve my mental health. So I started running and running and running! Started off small and eventually was running 10km minimum every day! I felt AMAZING! then in mid 2021 when I was training for a half marathon I tore my meniscus in my knee 😩😩😩😩 and running since then has never been the same. I can no longer do those distances i used to do and always feel some pain. So definitely enjoy every moment! 😍 you seriously did amazing! Great commitment! 💪👏👏👏
