@Picklemetink1

If this doesn’t get our attention, I’m not sure what will!

@BasckedAndJairado

Best weight loss campaign i have ever seen

@suerichards47

Why isn't this shown in schools? Start young and it might just sink in😢

@elk45

"Let's just start with the heart" That's the heart????

@Kaalokalawaia

OMG the heart is nowhere to be seen. That’s horrible

@mariaanntoinetteruiz7124

THISS ISSS SSSSOOOOO CRAZY when I actually see it vs. hearing everyone just saying visceral fat is bad

@weston.weston

That was difficult to watch but important, thanks Jonathan.

@susieedminster3822

This looks like 9 out of 10 people when im at an airport in TX. Im was SHOCKED as i had never seen so many VERY LARGE people together in one space.

@nadiasegovia3746

Jonathan, please show to the world this video. It is shocking 😳 thank you so much for it.

@VS-fo9py

Omg I know I need to lose some weight, but this just gave me the kick in the pants I need!

@GigiLWalls

Wow! I am so intrigued! How informative. If this doesn’t make us more health conscious we’re doomed. I’m so enlightened to what visceral fat really look like

@Will_Powerz

Excellent demonstration, eye-opening, life-changing, wow…👀

@ged68

Fascinating, I never knew what visceral fat got into around the inside of the torso!

@ArtaGashi-b7c

I just want to thank you from bottom of my heart, for making those videos.
This video is like changing my life, inspiring to take care more and more for way of living.

We're what we eat!

@chrismorse2096

Yikes😮 I never knew visceral fat was so invasive!

@maystar2366

You should do one with lipeodema fat. That would be interesting

@Carl-yu6uw

Can you tell us the weight or BMI of that person?

@Jokay60

I never get bothered looking at the human anatomy... I find it very interesting, plus I love learning everything I possibly can about the human body without sitting in a classroom.. Thank you for posting these videos..❤

@mokshalani8414

According to Dr. Mary Claire Haver MD, calories in calories out doesn't really count the same for visceral fat as it does for subcutaneous fat, because it's metabolically active & governed more by inflammation & hormones (insulin, cortisol, androgens; also PPY, leptin, ghrelin)

@lydiakies9053

I knew the visceral fat was more dangerous, but daaaaaaaang.
