Nika, thank you for your videos! Around 5 years ago I watched your videos about mental health journey and it gave me hope that it can get better, I had no hope really before that. I went to therapy and things DID get better! Thank you for what you do, resilience is so important in life, something that we all need to learn. Wishing you all the best! ❤️🩹
Thanks! Your analogy of the rowboat & the river/waterfall is really useful way of looking at things!
11:06 last year was a pretty tough one for me too , but at the end of it , that was how I started viewing adversity or hardship . It was a pretty challenging year and I’m proud of myself that I have a resilient mindset . I’m actually very happy that I can relate to the thought process you are explaining .
Nika i really really love your fashion game I mean it's so comforting at the same time classy i love it❤.
throughout the whole video my mind only thought about the quote "Destruction as a new form of creation"
The first time I read Lost Scrolls of Jewish Wealth, I couldn’t believe how much I had been overlooking. It’s one of those books that stays with you and makes you rethink everything.
Thank you so much for this. So much valuable information and insight, I will rewatch a couple of times and take notes. Thank you, Nika.
Hi Mika, I am sorry to hear about your partner. I haven't been on YT for a while, so I apologise for my late condolence. I enjoy the content you create (shout out to Change the pattern and single on purpose) and it has helped me get through some personal s***t of my own. Hang in there!!
love the bright colorful setup!
Thank you for this video! Much love ❤
Are you back at your boyfriend's apartment?🥺 You're so strong...❤️🩹
Your sweater is so cozy
I needed this today!! Thank you for sharing your experiences and wisdom <3
Hi Nika, great advice all around! Thank you for sharing this valuable insight! 💜😊
I don't have the specific 'Why me' mindset but I get really devastated with global drawbacks and huge events. The pandemic mostly ruined my life, and things got worse and worse years after that, both personally and globally. I don't get these life 'rules' in general. Why is it a stream going down with waterfalls in the first place? Why isn't it an air baloon getting you higher with even better streams of warm air, by default? Why should we be grateful for small things but not upset by small things? Why should we work so hard to achieve something good but it takes one night/hour/one second to ruin it? I so don't get it :(
I enjoy your content so much, even though I am 50 years old, and I would love to try your planner. Do you have a current code by any chance?
Thanku sm for all this help tbh
