Also, let people know that USCIS is having K1 fiancée visa holders repeat their medical and vaccinations to get their AOS / green-card, even though their website says its not required if you file for AOS within one year. Very frustrating and costly experience!! 😡

I think they have been rejecting a lot of adjustment of status packages due to a miscommunication issue. 
USCIS posted a notification on their website a few weeks ago (beginning of March 2025) stating we were allowed to use the old version form (2024 forms) as long as we would send the documents before April 2nd. Others and I submitted the package on time, but our documents/packages were still rejected due to an "outdated version of the form", when they were the ones who said it was ok for us to file the old version's form as long as they received it before April 2025.

I accidentally highlight on form I-797C in order to read, does uscis still accept it if the form has highlight? I got rejected because they updated form I-485 by the time I mail the package
