For the AMOUNT of information here it should be 1 million views. Seriously because such as Greg Douchett he is only informative DRAMA. I don't know how you should BLOW UP this channel. I remember you with Tony Huge as a kid. Absolutely you became a FORCE in knowledge. Even better than Derek because you stay on topic. Really Mr. Russo you will have the data.

Hey there, Ryan! When it comes to supplements, envision them as steadfast allies in crafting your ideal muscular physique, rather than relying on them as mystical elixirs. ( https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxT1bhUEidupyWZ7Snmu6W9wm-v1IqIMGL ) Your steadfast dedication and intelligent dietary choices truly steal the spotlight as the real MVPs, especially with protein reigning supreme. Let supplements take on the supporting roles, not the starring ones, in your fitness odyssey. Keep your sights set on your objectives—your progress speaks volumes! 🏋‍♂✨

@dandev3553

Can you do a video on the best supplements within WADA guidelines?

@patrickk8951

This is one of the best videos you have done in a while Russo. Good job on this one.

@kouros0

even powerlifters do a hypertophy block or do accessory work after the main compound lifts or verietions, that says a lot

@OGAesthetics

U feel 90-100% now after PFS? :) thanks bro u might have saved tons of lifes with ur videos.

@NordicHealthHavenCC

It's about time, I've been waiting everyday for a video to come back out 😂

@cristiangarzaflores6173

What would be your best recommendation for the hypertrofy and strength training in terms of how long each one has to last?, I mean there are some programs specially in the push pull legs program workout routines in with which they recommend you to do hypertrofy 2 days (push - pull) and then the next 2 days strenght (push - pull), would you recommend that or is it better let's say for a couple of weeks straight to focus on hypertorofy and then other couple of weeks to focus on the strength?

@JGJ505

Agree with everything. Dan Green (maybe the only one to pull 900dl beltless while being shredded, a legend ) would have been insane if he focused for a while on bodybuilding !

@kouros0

John Hack is the best powerlifter. 90kg does 420kg deadlift

@syphonjo9132

It’s really crazy because idk shit but my training style is going in this direction and I’m absolutely loving the results. That combined with a fuck ton of eating and cardio is really propelling my physique forward

@VernCrisler

Yeah, that "yoyo" style of training sounds a lot like Arnold's idea of shocking the muscles. That's why I also think that "train harder than last time" should be "train stronger than last time." It's because the increase in strength should help lifters go up in weight without injuring themselves.

@alexcruzship3683

Do a video on Cerebrolysin and Semax

@tonydauto8246

The Ronnie Coleman analogy was spot on. I don't get why people train differently on PEDs, I train as hard and as heavy with as good form as I can no matter what. On PEDs your even stronger, can do more reps and recover way faster. So why not take advantage.

@son_of_odin1041
