@mrEofPlanetEarth

Imagine telling a person, "I hope to see you again someday", as you end their life.

@supernovel7514

I love how instead of dying a quick death Majin Buu is pushed back with the spirit bomb only barely being able to hold it back, realizing he's going to die and that there's nothing he can do to get out of it.

@trystar-sl1mi

You must truly be evil when the people in hell are cheering for your demise...

@mileswiltse4535

The sudden change in buu's expression when he knew he would die told everything about this scene on its own

@greg77389

Buu killed all of humanity and then all of humanity killed Buu. Buu saga in a nutshell.

@clearlydee9257

Goku’s conviction within his tone when he said “Now you will know what it feels like to have your life taken against your will! It’s wrong!”
He reminds me of someone with such conviction against taking any life.

@marvelhunter3076

2:54 I find this scene so sad for some reason, the music also touches you. Here you can see that kid buu never had a soul or heart . There was no way to reason with him or turn him and get him to stop, there was nothing they could do to save him. His whole purpose was to destroy and kill. The only way to save everything was to end him. Goku almost never took a life, even his worst enemy's, but he had no other choice with this little monster😔

@Shrine_of_Karma

2:55 This is the moment kid buu regrets his life choices
He realizes that what he's done is absolutely wrong, this is the first time kid buu is actually listening to what the other is saying and is taking it seriously, this is when he realized, he lost, I winder what his last words would be if he could talk normally

@deathtoDERP

This scene is always beautiful to me. It represents a lot more than just the death of buu. Goku’s speech is really amazing. It seems like buu is a representation of all the battles we have inside of us, and sometimes they may even have the power to destroy our entire world and experience.
Goku defeating buu is finally overcoming that internal battle and realizing you have greater power inside of you than you could’ve imagined. The whole experience grew him and made him a better person because of it, much as most adversity we face in life.
No matter how big the threat, the challenge, or the damage done, you can always find a way and overcome whatever is in front of you.

@Matthew9818

So the spirit bomb killed him before it even detonated . I like too think this is the only way they could kill kid Buu . Due too him being so evil and the bomb being pure good/ positive energy .

@tobywheatley7657

“Yep, I taught him that technique”

King Kai is so proud

@Rosstisery

I can’t tell you how well the music fits in tone and in execution with this scene. It’s beautiful.

@Rio..o7..

@jer8036

Imagine you are killing someone and you say "i hope you will come back someday"

@swankytelevision888

Dang old school goku was such a savage

@Moai21822

The OST when goku used the GenkaiDama/Spirit bomb was just so perfect with the scene too

@TheEmoInkling1884

Goku's speech says a lot of his friendship with Buu, he knows it's not entirely buu's fault, and Goku trust people, giving them second chances, and he knows they could live up to his expectations

@Shreyasispro

‘I’ll be waiting for you majin boo’
This line was badass
