So yesterday the application were pause till September 23.. but they haven’t said anything yet if they are still pause or not.. and if you file you won’t get your money back if the law gets removed

So I have a question if 131f doesn’t reopened, if I do my i130 +i485 can I still get an work permit or do I have to wait for i130 to be approve or both?? And if I get the visa is it safe to go out of country without a parole?
