Fun fact: you can train your brain to respond to a song in a certain way! If you put this on and do your hardest to study, and do nothing else while it is on (pausing when you need to take breaks, even if it is just for a minute) your brain will enter study mode automatically when it hears the sound! It takes a while to build the association but it is super powerful, and ADHD brains respond to that training really, really well. Addition: Believing that studying to music will prevent you from studying without it is a logical fallacy. It'll still be exactly as hard to study without music as it was before. You just think it's harder because you've gotten used to it being easier, like how eating something very sweet will make other foods taste bitter even though they are still exactly the same. Don't let that worry hold you back. You've got this.

To the people out there who feel like you are a failure, remember this: maybe you were meant to fail, to understand the value of success; maybe you were meant to struggle, to understand the true meaning of peace; and maybe you were meant to be lonely, to understand the value of love. But you'll be okay. All you did was stumble over a stone in the road. It means nothing. Hope you have a great study session!
Iam leaving this comment here so that whenever someone likes my comment I get back to my study 😄 Edit- (Guys iam on Mars right now I hope I reach another galaxy) Okieee! Thanks it is working 🍀🎉

This is magic. My 7 year old son enters the room, wander around while I am fixing my room listening to this, then he leaves and go to his room. all of the sudden he says: “Dad, can you turn it up a bit” I do, and curious I walked to his room and little dude is up to fixing his closet. I was like “what”. My son is not interested at all in doing this things and here he goes asking me to turn the volume up to music he usually hates ‘cause he says it’s too boring, to focus on something totally boring to him. He said he loves it, because it’s calming. Thank you, I think I found the solution to our problems.🤓
ADHD or not, this music is just perfect 🙌🙌🙌🙌
The fact that people came to this video, to ease their own anxiety, but then started leaving encouraging messages for others also struggling, is so heartwarming. It’s like they came for their own salvation but made sure to leave comfort for others too, while struggling themselves. Thank you. This is what humanity should be.
ADHD girl struggling to prepare for her interview: wish me good luck and from the bottom of my heart, hope all of you achieve your goals <3 love you people
This helps silence my extremely loud mind and allows me to focus better, especially when I'm overwhelmed by studies, reading targets etc. Thank you so much for this!
I’m feeling a bit sad and lonely as of late, reading this comment section genuinely made me cry. Knowing that there are so many kind people across the world who try to brighten up a strangers day honestly gives me hope for the future of this world. Thankyou.
I’m such a broken soul, comment section made me cry, I wish I knew people in my life this caring and understanding. Much love from a struggling mum just trying to make it through the next day for my 3 babies
As a student trying to pull off an all nighter before a maths test, I have to say this is helping me massively
I am 72 in early stage 1 dementia. I have times of high anxiety, frustration and angry outbursts. That was not me before. I was a very successful, intellegent man but now have trouble focusing and staying on track. This calms me so I can relax and pay attention to things that I want to accomplish.
I don't have ADHD but I have autism, and I find normal study music to be overwhelming for when I'm working on my projects or my writing, this is just perfect and as soon as I turned it on, i found myself able to focus without getting stressed over being overstimulated by music. It's nice to have these sorts of things out there, and I really appreciate this, thank you so much.
