Honestly XQC, I agree with your point about due process. Why does the state have to prove that criminals are actually criminals? The Democrats spent FAR more than the Republicans and the Republicans swept every branch of government. So that is false. However, money talks and I do think the main reason we are locked into a binary political system is primarily because of the massive donations behind each party. I would agree that we need more severe caps on donations to allow a fighting chance for a 3rd or 4th party to get in the ring.
