Hi Jason. Iβve been listening to your videos since my mum was diagnosed with an incurable cancer in 2019. You have made sleeping possible for me ever since and Iβm so grateful for that. Even when I try other videos I always come back to yours. Especially the I Am sleep affirmations. So thank you. β€ I do have one request/ suggestion. Could you make some videos with a black screen? Or fade to black after a certain amount of time? π
