Wow you really make my day sister, I was trying to file i-864 the part you mentioned was the one giving me headache. I thought may be it is from computers I went library and it showed me the same issue and finally I was planning to fill it with ink, here you go you fixed me with your smart brain. I've noticed that no one talks about children born in a foreign country and are on SSI and have US passports, US Birth certificates & SSN'S do they get put on the I-864 form. They are not immigrating do to their passports.
