I've lost motivation to study the past months but with pomodoro sessions like this I try to stick with it and force myself to study until the timer sounds and take the five min break I didn't used to take. I'm currently studying for a microbiology exam this week and then doing some other tasks, fightin' everyone!

This is the first time I am using your method!! Is great, I find is a good way to keep yourself focused on what youre doing without letting any distraction get into you because you know you'll get those 5 min break and once youre done youve achieved more!
