When you lied on your resume 😅
He and Stroman are in the same boat. They have nothing. Scared to throw a strike and give up tons of hard contact. Both will cost this team dearly.
Body language is so lost. He is not made for new york
You get paid $8M and you can’t figure out why you can’t throw a strike? Your attitude doesn’t seem like you even care about figuring it out.
His body language looks very off to me & I’m not just talking about after the game when he’s talking to the media. Overall, it looks like he just doesn’t want to be here and if that’s the case, it’s going to be extremely hard for him to succeed in New York.
i honestly feel hes sabotaging the team on purpose. Body language is so off and he cant even give a answer to some of these questions . He has no self accountability
I don’t know…. nothing particular…. That’s a LOSER answer. Ignorance is dangerous. His eyes are shut down. His answers are shallow.
I know it's easy to say when a pitcher isn't pitching well, but he just doesn't look like he wants to be a part of this. Nothing about his body language exudes confidence. Miserable.
Luke needs to be promoted back to the closer right now. I’m sick of this nonsense.
This man is not built for New York. I think he preferred to go to the Dodgers.
Devin, I know you're new to this team, but you can't keep screwing up, bro. Last year, Clay Holmes had 10+ blown saves, all he ever does mostly is implode. I don't want you to be like that guy. Otherwise, Boone should replace you and put Weaver in a closer role.
The fact the I would rather have clay homes then you is insane .
Weaver closes until Williams straightens himself out
U can tell he’s a cancer to a team. No energy. No fight in him. Sad.
Body language says he doesnt even wanna be there.
Make him shave his beard
Been waiting for this interview
The problem is Boone not William he still keep putting William in a situation like this in my opinion I rather have weaver as closer
He's just suffering through the interview, he doesn't want to be here. "Just showing up" is not the answer. "Just gonna keep working" is not the answer. You have to have a game plan for when things go wrong. There has to be a pitch that needs work, a rhythm that is off... say "I need to throw more strikes and let my defense catch the ball" or something like that. Just nodding and saying nothing of substance is not gonna cut it in NYC.
