What I want to know is, did the sheriff know the locks were defective? And if so, what steps did she take to fix that? Because if she did, she's derelict herself. If she didn't, she's also derelict it was her responsibilityto know. And I'm curious how long her suspension will be? Because this sounds allot like those officers were scapegoats for her incompetence.
