I'm going to share to you my Gengar - Banette Deck: 2 Gastly 1 Gengar EX 1 Gengar non - EX (the Hypnoblast, for Oricario) 2 Shuppet 2 Banette 2 Pokeball 2 Rare Candy 2 Prof Research 1 Sabrina 1 Cyrus 1 TG Grunt 1 Lillie 1 XSpeed 1 Pokemon Center Lady Always front with Shuppet/Banette in the early turns, literally a lot of players are spamming Stoke Charizard in Ranked right now. If they got hit with Banette, they can't take and place energy on the active spot, even when they switch their active card from the bench, nope. The crazy part? They will use Stoke, but no energy will be placed to Charizard after that Stoke. So, they have to manually place an energy to their benched Charmander, while you free hit the Charizard up front using Banette. The other strategy using Gengar EX or non-EX is up to you, Goodluck.

I like Excavavlier instead of Excadrill here actually. I like the bench damage which can bring many 150hp threats down to a one shot for Solgaleo and the three retreat cost is not a problem to Solgaleo’s ability!

You should try 2 meowscarada 1 decidueye! I’ve been running it with leaf cape and Erika and it’s just sooo much hp to get through for the opponent. Meowscarada finally has a good ex finisher lol cuz beedrill kinda felt meh last season

As soon as I get a second Solgaleo this will be the kind of deck I'm going to jump all over. The early pressure is good and can just rush into a powerful heavy hitter! So glad this set is giving evolutions some real love. Makes things so much more fun and dynamic.

First competitive game i won and then in the results screen it said i lost and got deranked. Great start lol I'm mostly excited for Incineroar, being my favorite starter from the games, and Rayquaza since he's my favorite legendary pokemon. I'm not a big fan of the att X number of random pokemon type cards but we get a free full art so I'm taking it and using it! Probably gonna slip it into my water deck and just sub out Gyarados.
